GLUG Logo competition guidelines

There are no "official" competition guidelines at the moment. Only some random numbered ideas thrown onto a wiki page:

We need a (t-shirt) printable logo and a web 2.0(tm) logo.
The logo needs to be in a vector format or at least easy convertible to a vector format.
Do we need a colour scheme, or are we going to stick with the green as in the [www.glug.za.net] drupal theme?
Maybe have two logos one large one for the wiki and drupal page and then one we can add to our signatures in forums etc?
